Ms. Pauline Macharia

Ms. Macharia is a project management and administration professional with over seven years of experience supporting project implementation, executive management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational operations. As a Project Assistant at the Eastern Africa Farmers Federation (EAFF), she coordinates project activities, supports fundraising and research initiatives, and contributes to effective programme delivery and reporting across the region.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the Technical University of Kenya and has further training in Data Analytics, Virtual Assistance and Professional Development. She is passionate about leveraging data and technology to improve project outcomes and is committed to empowering women and youth through mentorship and leadership development.
