Ms. Emma Tum

Ms. Tum serves as the Federation’s Human Resource and Institutional Development Manager. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Human Resource Management and brings over 16 years of professional experience in procurement, human resources, administration and financial management.

In her years at EAFF, Emma has demonstrated expertise in strategic cost optimization, employee engagement, organizational development, and successful project delivery. Through her leadership, she continues to strengthen institutional systems and support effective human resource management within the Federation.
