Regional Secretary
Jotaba Peninah NaNdole is a farmer leader, labour law advocate and champion for women and youth empowerment. She is a founding member of the South Sudan Agricultural Producers Union (SSAPU), where she serves as National Women and Youth Director, and currently serves as the Regional Secretary of the Eastern Africa Farmers Federation (EAFF) Board.
With a background in Labour Law from the Law Development Centre in Uganda, she has contributed to labour policy development in South Sudan, including the formulation of provisions under the South Sudan Labour Act, 2017. She has also played a key role in strengthening institutions such as the Employers Association of South Sudan and several women-led organizations.
Passionate about inclusive development, Ms. NaNdole advocates for increased opportunities, leadership, and decent employment for women and youth in agriculture and business. Her work continues to promote sustainable livelihoods and agricultural transformation across South Sudan and the Eastern Africa region.
