Mr. Tito B. Haule

Tito Bartholomew Haule is a distinguished cooperative finance and management expert with over 30 years of experience in academia, cooperative development, and institutional leadership. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) and has previously held senior leadership positions, including Acting Registrar of Cooperatives and Chief Executive Officer of the Tanzania Cooperative Development Commission (TCDC).

Throughout his career, Mr. Haule has contributed significantly to cooperative education, financial management and policy development through teaching, research, and consultancy across Eastern and Southern Africa. He has published extensively on cooperative governance, financial inclusion, and sustainable cooperative finance. He currently serves as Chairperson of the Tanzania Federation of Cooperatives, Second Vice President of the Eastern Africa Farmers Federation (EAFF) and a Board Member of the Tanzania Cotton Board. His expertise continues to advance cooperative development and farmer empowerment across the region.
