EAFF 1st President, Chairman EAFF LTD & Board Member
Mr. Kiriro is an agriculture policy expert, livestock specialist, and farmer organization leader with over 30 years of experience in agricultural development, advocacy, food security, livestock production, and regional trade integration. He currently serves as Chairman of EAFF Limited and Board Member of the Eastern Africa Farmers Federation (EAFF), where he continues to champion farmer representation and agricultural transformation across the region.
A founding member and the first president of EAFF, Philip has played a significant role in strengthening regional agricultural cooperation and advancing the interests of farmers in Eastern Africa and beyond. He has served on the boards and advisory platforms of several regional and continental agricultural institutions, including the Pan-African Farmers Organization (PAFO), the CAADP Partnership Committee, ASARECA, COMESA, and FARA.
Mr. Kiriro holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, USA.
