EAFF Web Presence Given a Complete Makeover
The just ended year 2011 saw a complete makeover of the EAFF web presence. This was done in two phases, with the first phase involving the redesign of the EAFF Website, which has been up since 2004. The website was first done using the Mambo Content Management System (CMS), a very easy to use and deploy web CMS which is now called Joomla. This ease of use made it possible for the EAFF staff to gain skills in web content management and thereby manage the content generated by their organization. This is important as content is better managed by its owners, not the web designers.
