Nominated as Secretary of the Board of directors of the EAFF in 2010. Elected as Vice-president of the CAPAD in 2009. Member of the Rice Co-operative of MUTIMBUZI which is member of the CAPAD. As an Agriculturalist, I have a rice field and tomato as well as cows. Lecturer- in Biology, Agriculture, Cuisine, College Teacher in the KAYANZA Burundi.
Experiences
Have been a Farmer since 1992, Since 2004 to present, I profited from the trainings given by CAPAD and its partners and I represented CAPAD in many meetings and conferences so much at the national and regional level. This enabled me to build and reinforce my capacities in the following fields: - Management and organization of a basic Rural organization. - Management of an agricultural company. - Formulation and implementation of a project with community nature. - Function and tasks of a farmer leader. - Knowledge and development. - Management of the mutual insurance companies of solidarity. - Good governance and separation of the tasks within a co-operative. - Farming novel methods of the rice and the rational use of manures. - Technique of conservation and management of the hangars of stock. - Fight against the HIV/AIDS.
